Perfect replacement for MXL R40
Just WOW. What a difference! Made my $60 ribbon mic into something very very useful. Packed very well by Geistnote (though USPS Delivery got delayed) and easy enough to install. Total time for install was about 45 mins. Could have used wire color code for the MXL R40 and other popular cheap ribbon mics but I found sometime similar online and used common sense to finish the job. Highly recommend!
